最近，Lonely Planet（孤独星球）公布了2019年世界较佳旅行目的地榜单，十大较佳旅行城市榜单中，深圳惊艳的排在第二位；而在深圳的城市公共生活空间中，最令人“惊艳”的正是出自欧博设计的深圳人才公园：1年来，每日10,000+人打卡，周末较高120,000+人次。

这个全国排名前列以“人才”为主题的高品质城市公园，已相继揽下国际地产奖商业景观类全球较佳奖、亚太地产奖景观建筑类中国区五星奖、全国人居经典建筑规划设计方案竞赛环境金奖等国际大奖。今年10月30日，深圳人才公园更是在被誉为建筑界“奥斯卡”的WAF世界建筑节上，从1000多个参赛作品中脱颖而出，入选城市景观类Finalist。高颜值、有内涵，网络上曾一度流传着深圳人才公园的大片，这期，欧Talk邀请AUBE欧博设计执行总景观设计师祝捷先生分享 2018WAF演讲干货，解剖深圳人才公园设计：人与自然、城市的和平共生。

一步一景，一世界

深圳市人才公园

SHENZHEN TALENT PARK

人才公园位于中国南部，深圳，中国最重要的三大城市之一。

The project is located in southern China, Shenzhen, one of the three most important cities in China.

深圳紧靠香港，作为新兴滨海城市，建立还不到40年，是个典型的移民城市，常驻人口1200万，而外来人口比例高达80%，是各类人才造就了深圳的今天。

The city near Hongkong, It is a typical immigrant city with the resident population of 12 million, while the floating population proportion is as high as 80%. 

深圳人才公园位于深圳土地价值较高的后海片区，作为中国排名前列个以“人才”为主题的公园，回应了全球人才持续涌入深圳的大背景，希望打造一个高品质公园，以提升整体城市公共空间体验。 

Shenzhen Talent Park is located at Houhai area which is the highest value land in Shenzhen . As the first park with theme of "talents" in China, this project responds to the background of growing influx of global talents into Shenzhen, hope to build a high quality park to enhance the overall urban public space experience.  

但是，这里原来是一片海。

But, a long time ago, it was just sea.

2003年左右开始，政府开始填海。

The government started filling the sea in 2003.

从2007-2009年，场地作为F1摩托艇世界锦标赛深圳赛区举办地。在那之后，公园一直处于封闭状态，成为隔断中心城区与深圳湾滨海带的一道屏障。

From 2007 to 2009, the site was the stadium of f1 world motorboat championships shenzhen station.

 2017.11.1深圳人才公园开放。

 In 2017.11.1 shenzhen talent park was opened.

虽然从2007年，我们经历项目的多次变化，但我们一直坚持着，希望公园成为一个极富活力，高度融于城市生活的绿色空间。

Since 2007, after 3 competitions, the land red line and design contents have been changed many times. But we have always insisted.

让公园重新连接中心城区和深圳湾滨海带，成为深圳较受欢迎的公共开放空间之一，并持续影响着城市。

Finally, the park reconnects the downtown and the coastal of Shenzhen Bay, which becomes one of the most popular public open space in Shenzhen, and continues to affect the city.

从过去。

As you can see, from the past.

到现在。公园占地77公顷，其中湖面31公顷，环湖一周2.6公里，公园空间围绕湖体成环形展开，开放的广场和大尺度活动空间，呼应未来的高密度城市，大片的绿地和森林则是对滨海公园绿色的延续。

Until now. The park covers an area of 77 hectares, including 31 hectares of lake and 2.6 km around it. Different space is circled around the lake, and echoing the city.

公共

PUBLIC

公共性，成为人口众多的深圳对公园的排名前列诉求，而对于公共空间我们较大的策略是弹性。

How do we create a real public space for Shenzhen? Face to the populous population, our biggest strategy for public space is flexibility.

开园排名前列个周末，入园人数就达到惊人的12万人次，开园前3个月，总计超过200万人次市民和游客进入公园。

During the first weekend after the opening, more than 120,000 People visited the park. And more than 2 million visitors, during the first three months.

做设计就如同画中国画一样，要懂得留白，这样才会更有想象空间，今天的我们无法完全预测未来的生活，就好像五年或十年前，谁也不能想到今天互联网和人工智能对我们的生活有如此大影响。

Design is like doing Chinese painting, you have to learn to leave blank space, then you will have more space for imagination, we can not fully predict life in the future, just like five or ten years ago, no one could have imagined that the Internet and artificial intelligence today would have such a big impact on our lives.

我们希望公园成为一个剧场，每天上演不同的剧目，而编剧是使用者本身。它可以举办音乐会，也可以成为一场T台秀。

 We hope that the park is a theater, with different plays every day, and the writer is a user. It can hold a concert or it can be a catwalk show.

甚至一条小路也可以成为摄影展的举办地。

Even a small road can be the venue for a photo exhibition.

公园也成为跑步爱好者的集结地。

The park has also become a gathering place for runners. I like to run here too.

我们拥有最专业的全塑型塑胶跑步道，甚至有跑完后可以扫码洗澡的高标准淋浴房。

We have the most professional running track and even have a shower room after the run.

无论打太极，还是做瑜伽，每个人在公园里找到他最喜欢的地方。

Whether you are playing Tai Chi or doing yoga，everyone finds his favorite place in the park.

即使，一台共享钢琴，或一条斜坡的坐凳，都能激活这个场地。

Or even just play with a sloped bench.

主题

THEME

公园的主题是人才，但我们希望这个主题不是生硬附加的，而是用放松和艺术的方式呈现。

The theme of the park is talent, but we hope that the theme is not blunt, but presented in a relaxing and artistic way.

我们希望大家的体验是开放，舒服，和有城市特质的，为此我们做了很多努力。

We hope that everyone's experience is open, comfortable, and urban-oriented, and we have made a lot of efforts.

比如主入口的场景，我们尝试了几十版不同的设计。但还是无法决定哪种才是最合适的方式。

For example, the main entrance, we have tried dozens of versions of the design.

于是，最终决定还是以最简单的草坪的形式呈现，把更多的可能性留给未来。

But we have finally decided to present it in the form of a lawn, leaving more possibilities for the future.

主题通过“人才”的各种知识点，呈现在现代而艺术的景墙上。

The theme is presented in the modern way. Like the openwork text on the wall.

深入湖中的π桥，我们选取了小数点后2017位，数字的变化带来了行走的乐趣。

Or the π bridge. We chose 2017 after the decimal point. The change of numbers brings the fun of walking.

数字公式和汉字部首的构架，在太阳光投射下来，形成趣味的光影游戏。

The structure of digital formulas and Chinese characters, with the sun projected, it is forming a fun light and shadow game.

功能性建筑是轻盈现代的滨海风格，市民可以悠闲坐在湖边看书，喝咖啡，闲聊，也可以慢慢看一场关于主题的展览。让日常的生活与公园真正融合在一起，互为彼此。

You can sit at the lake and have a cup of coffee, or watch a theme exhibition.

散落在公园各处的雕塑，由很多艺术家，根据场地进行的创作，成为公园的艺术点睛。

Sculptures throughout the park are created by many artists, based on the venue.

星光桥，成为回望城市的较佳载体，桥上的灯柱与城市的夜景，融为一体。

Starlight Bridge is the best carrier to look back at the city. The lamppost on the bridge blends with the night view of the city.

在地

LAND

既然这里曾经是海，而这块场地较大的资源和特征也是水，所以基于设计的在地性，研究人和水的关系，就变成了最重要的课题。

Since it used to be the sea, and the biggest resource and feature of this site is water, so the relationship between human and water has become the most important issue.

滨水空间为人们提供了进入大海的便利通道，满足了人们对水的自然情感，使人感觉更接近大海。

The waterfront space provides people with easy access to the sea, which satisfies people's natural affections towards water.

各种不同尺度和功能的开放空间，沿着岸线展开。

Various open spaces are unfolding along the lake.

为了拿掉很多常规公园水边一道道的栏杆，我们通过技术手段，让人真正做到亲水，让大家可以在傍晚坐在亲水平台上，吹吹海风。

In order to get rid of many of the railings along the side of the water in the regular park, we use technical ways to make people truly hydrophilic.We can sit on the platform in the evening and blow the sea breeze.

也可以在夜晚，站在高处，眺望湖面和城市。

At night, you can also stand there and overlook the lake and the city.

甚至，坐在水边的台阶上，把脚放进水里。

Or, sit on the steps by the water and put your feet in it.

与水发生的各种体验，释放了人亲水的天性。

The various experiences that occur with water release the nature of human hydrophilicity.

与此同时，当水位发生变化时，从1米，到1.7米，到3.5米，灵活的竖向设计，确保了公园在极端天气条件下的适应性。

When the water level changes, the flexible vertical design ensures the adaptability of the park under extreme weather conditions. 

公园湖体水源来自外海和城市中心河，面积约31万平米，日常容量约60万立方，汇集和调蓄后海片区约10平方公里的地表径流，通过针对淡水湿地、雨水花园和海水湿地配置不同植物，成为美景的同时，共同对水环境生境进行优化。

The park has designed a large number of rain gardens to collect rainwater for irrigation because the lake is salty and cannot be used directly. The rain gardens also ease the impact of heavy rain on the water level of the lake.

在南侧绿地中，我们额外增加了一条连续的内河，雨洪管理的同时，还营造了相较于湖面海水更丰富的淡水湿地景观。

We have added a continuous inland river in large green areas. At the same time with rainwater management, we have created a freshwater wetland landscape that is richer than seawater.

这也给各种小动物和昆虫，提供了良好的生存环境。

It also provides a good living environment for all kinds of small animals and insects.

同时，也让孩子们有更多接触原始自然的机会。

故事

STORY

最后，是一个和鸟有关的故事。

Finally, I want to tell you a story about small birds.

在项目施工过程中，有三到五千只鸻鹬类候鸟来到公园，停在未完工的砂石滩上，这些鸻鹬类候鸟个头很小，腿也很短，一般只有3-5公分，砂石滩是她们最合适的停留地。

During the construction of the park, there were about 3000-5000 migratory birds inhabiting here. These migratory birds are small and have short legs, about 3-5 cm. They can only stand in sandstone.

它们每年经过深圳两次，这是曾经记录到的在不同年份的同一只鸟。

They pass through Shenzhen twice a year, this is the same bird recorded in different years.

但是，一开始，这些岛设计的是种植红树类植物，以便帮助净化水体，但这样，这些候鸟就没有落脚的地方，所以在和观鸟协会的专业人士沟通后，我们重新反思了我们的设计。

But at first, the design of the islands was covered by Mangrove plants, and migratory birds had nowhere to stay, so we feel strongly that we need to rethink our design.

最后，岛上原有的植物都被移除了，恢复成了鸻鹬类候鸟需要的砂石滩。

At last, the island plants were removed and covered back with sand and gravel to accommodate migratory birds.

很幸运的是，她们很快也飞回来了。

We are lucky, very quickly, the birds came back .

最终，我们预留了7片离岛，共计逾4000平米为鸻鹬类候鸟专设的场地。

In total, we left 7 islands, over 4000 ㎡, which are reserved for migratory birds.

当然，我们也为公园的主人，留鸟们提供了适合她们生长的环境，湖中的立鸟桩，丰富多样的开花结果类植物，都在为构筑一个良好的生物生境作出努力。市民也常常能看到，白鹭类和鸬鹚等在早晨来湖中觅食捕鱼。

We also provide a good living environment for the resident birds. Numerous egrets and cormorants come to go fishing on the lake in the early mornings. 

我们希望人和自然，还有城市，甚至鸟和昆虫，都能在公园里，和平相处，共生，共享，谢谢。

I hope that people will live in harmony with the nature in this city, in our Shenzhen Talent Park, peacefully and happily, thank you.
